Bemidji, MN. 04/10/2024, Mukwa, a recently established nonprofit organization, is dedicated to empowering Indigenous individuals by providing guidance and education on community leadership. With a strong focus on supporting the progress of communities on Turtle Island and aims to uplift and empower Indigenous people who take on leadership roles that resist fossil fuels and false climate solutions and who are dedicated to decolonizing the systems within their communities.
